TRADITIONAL HOT YOGA // 105°

The classic sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Open to all levels.

We offer this class four ways: 60 minutes, 90 minutes, with music, and low heat.


HOT PILATES // 95°

Using the principles of Pilates and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) this energizing low-impact class will elevate your heart rate and safely strengthen your whole body. Always accompanied by motivating instruction and a dope ass playlist, this class will help you work up a sweat and leave you feeling energized.


YIN YOGA // 85°

Yin yoga is a completely grounded practice with longer held passive stretches to deeply relax muscles and release connective tissues. Accompanied by low lighting and peaceful music this practice will leave you feeling relaxed and at ease.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

YOGA FOR PAIN CARE

This non-heated class is for those who have been experiencing chronic pain and are looking to incorporate or shift their relationship with mindful movement.

Begin with breath awareness practices followed by gentle movement with the support of props. With curiosity and care we explore opportunities to learn safe movement options that feel accessible in your body.


PELVIC FLOOR WELLNESS

If you have a pelvic floor, then this class is for you! Begin with breathing techniques and gentle pilates to create awareness and strength within the pelvic girdle. Conclude with breathing and visualizations, along with yin yoga, to help lengthen, and relax the muscles within and around the pelvis.

This non-heated class is perfect for those who are beginners, postpartum, and/or experiencing diastases recti.


RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is a style of practice meant to facilitate relaxation in the body through the use of props. This non-heated completely grounded practice incorporates the support of blankets and bolsters in each posture to help facilitate a sense of effortlessness and comfort in the body. Expect fewer postures, more support, and plenty of time to settle into each shape.

Tailored to your unique needs and goals, private sessions are catered to your selected area of focus. Working together one on one offers you the opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback and develop a deeper understanding of anatomy, somatics, and the biomechanics of your body. Discover the unique ways you can approach your practice to best support your body’s needs during group classes, and in everyday life.

One hour sessions perfect for birthday parties, corporate team outings, bridal parties, teens and more. Private group sessions include use of mats, props, and space to settle in fifteen minutes before and after class.
